Felipe Baldomir is a Coastal Indie-Folk singer-songwriter & multi-instrumentalist from Uruguay, now based in Byron Bay, Australia. Known for his powerful live-looping shows & story-telling, Felipe blends Folk with groovy guitar riffs, drums, synths & saxophone. His approach to music draws comparisons to artists like Jack Johnson, Xavier Rudd & Tash Sultana, but with a style & sound all his own.

After moving to Australia in 2018, Felipe converted a van into a rolling home and fell in love with the adventure of living with nature, on the road, playing music & chasing waves. What started as busking in the streets and backyard shows has grown into sold-out headline tours around the world and performances at iconic festivals such as Queenscliff Music Festival (Australia), Ocean Sounds (Australia), Cigale (Canada), MadNes (Netherlands),  Splashy Fen (South Africa), Tunes in the Dunes (UK), Heitere Open Air (Switzerland), Alles Gute Open Air (Austria), Utcazene Festival (Hungary) and Salt Wave (Poland). 

In February 2025, Felipe released his latest EP, Strangers, Lovers, further refining the expansive sound of his third studio album Tides (2024).  This new collection of songs carries a powerful message and it's nothing but an epic feel good experience. His deep love for surfing & nature seeps into his songwriting, with lyrics that reflect the flow of life, connection and adventure. Felipe writes with the stage in mind, making the music all about bringing people together & creating an uplifting experience.

With a strong global audiece & relentless touring ethic, Felipe continues to carve his place as one of the most exciting emerging artists in the indie-folk scene.
